Striations

A 5 piece sculpture. A play of light and color and geometry. Glass is geological and has always been the perfect material for me to create mineeal forms as art. These striated monolithic crystals bend, reflected and change colors from the light in the window or the room. Dichroic glass colors the glass with pure light. 

Hand made of cast glass, hand carved and coldworked sacred and polished in my hydroelectric powered studio in western Massachusetts 

tallest measures 22 inches tall.  Shortest measures 8 inches tall. Arranged in a multitude of ways to fit a platform in the room.
